Katkusha . . . What's this katusha thing about, anyhow? Katkusha at its most fundamental meaning. The German Nazi's (and they are not the same as the general German population of that time, (1939 thru 1945). That German population is exemplified (typified) by such greats as Johann Wolfgang von Goethe (middle of 16th century) for literature; J.S. Bach (15th thru middle 16th century) know as a master of choral music and OftenBach is remembered best for his Brandenburg concertos, all six. I'd add of course Beethoven and Mozart - Oh Mozart - that brightest of bright comets - streaking across the sky then returning only once in a thousand years to light up the skies again with the grandest of celestial music, the music of the Gods.

Dr. Giorgio Lolli, M.D. Quarterly Journal of Studies on Alcohol . . 1951 Yale stuff and heavy on the Freudian mumbo jumbo. I knew Dr. Lolli; Ruth worked with him on his alcoholic trip research at Payne Whitney in Manhattan. He was a very decent and kind person.
Dr. Lolli, Ruth and I (then age 12, 1957 - 1958), often went to eat at the Peach Tree Restraunt. I think he was curious about me but did not want to create a disturbance by probing my phsyche (my soul, not the NASA Discovery program of today) and have me have a temper tantrum right there in the delux Peach Tree restaurant. He published several books which are still available.

This is the main center part of my "autobiography." Germany, none of which I remember. Australia, much of which I remember. But then when I arrived in America and moved in with Dr. Sherfey, MD and Ruth Downing, MSW, a new major chapter in my life began. I hope to make the core of my efforts here, in the school days, because you know, the school years are in many ways the critical years. I consider my school years to include right up tothis very moment because - even though I quit highschool at about16 age I NEVER quit learning, expanding my education. What I am is the product of the sum of my experiences in life. And most of those experienes revolved around getting educated. That was what was MOST important for my Serbian mother, Radjoika. I am Serbian but also an American citizen and forever gratefull that I am, am an American citizen and that the document attesting to this citizenship is CERTIFICATE of

The stuff that happened to me before I came to the USA on July 1954, in Germany first but only the first 7 - 8 months when as an infant I existed in isolation, a crib, in makeshift hospital terribly sick and per Radja, almost didn't surivie. But that experience was still tame stuff compared to what happened and was happening to millions of other small children in Germany, Russia (Soviet Union ) Japan, China (really awful in China) and millions of people of all ages were dying off due to disease (I like so many other had a bunch including pneumonia (sp). It is what happens in a big war. It is the consequence of war and we are seeing it today in the Gaza - the slaughter of the innocent. And those small children and teens will be forever in their remaining life - traumatied - by what is happening to them. They will never get the trauma. They may learn to live with it - to survive - but you see for yourself today what is happening to the people of Gaza. The slaughter of the innocent. Magnify this a hundred times and you will know what happened in the Soviet Union, China, Japan, Germany. And it is why the American government treds a deadly path by continuing to antagonize the Russians and Chinese. These people in the Congress, White House and goverment employees - I doubt more than just a few of them really know what suffering is about. Probably there are a fair number in the military who have actually seen and experienced to the death combat. But small stuff compared to what will happen to the USA if that bunch of crazies in the White House go too far. And Biden and this Tony Blinkin - haven't a clue what awaits them. And Russia will never trust the West, USA or Western Europe again. Remember what Krushchev said publically on a news conferene when Eisenhower was president: Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on ME. Why they,Russian leaders ever trusted the USA or British is beyond my comprehension. I think it is because the new leadership in Russia remembers the past as history but the victims of that time have pretty much all died off. To ever make a decision with the USA or any of the EU and its little piglets which assumes a need for mutual TRUST is to play into the psychopathic nature of these people, the leadership. They all have one thing in common. They are driven by their need for POWER and CONTROL over other people and thus nations. This trait which is part of them, they are born with it, call it a personality disorder but which is in their genes and thus not curable or even treatable - means you can never let your guard down, never.
They will fuck you over every time, given the chance and their belief that they can get away with it. Laugh if you want. And laugh if you want to at God the Creator - but what these type of people are, their true identity, the Bidens, the Blinkens, Neulands, the Hitlers, the Stalinites, the Ted Bundies - the moral filth of the world - they are the SATANIC FORCES on this earth.
Satan is REAL and YOU deny Satan at your peril; just as Russia risked everything believing that they could do legitimate business with the West, espeically USA. What American's saw in Biden with his limp and impotent spectacle of a speech to the Nation was a SPENT over ripe tomato posing as a real leader when in actuallity he displayed himself as Satan in disguise looking for another guillable squid to put in the WHITE House, Satan's new home on earth.
I forgot who said it, but it is true. When there is no one left on the earth (or USA it also applies) who actually believes that the devils, Satans, exist - the Satan has WON. myhouse_.html . . . This was one of my first attempts at poetry. To write a poem was the assignment at PS-6 by the teacher I have previously mentioned. The teacher found difficulty in believeing that I had written it this poem but I did. I wish I had not discarded so many of my artifacts from the past - but I did, most of my painting, most of my writings. The original, however, displayed clearly my serious handicap with both the English but also the handwriting. The terrible handwriting I surmises was because I did not learn this skill until about age 11 and it was crude, to say the least. But Ruth did go to the school to assure the teacher that I had written the poem without her help. The same problems with use of correct English, knowledge of grammar which I still do not know - but so what - and of course the mechanics of handwriting. I cannot control the pen or pencil unlelss I form the charaters very slowly. The "Master" at the Watkinson Preparatory School for Boys - who taught the latin class - was always fond of trying to make fun of me as regards my handwriting and spelling. I emphasis the trying because the guy was a jerk (he was also an old man with its many consequences). I sensed that my other school mates felt the same way as they just ignored the guys attempt to belittle a fellow student. The PS6 teacher was very positive with me and encouraging me to continue in this persuit, writing poetry, etc., after he determined the truth of the matter regarding authorship when Ruth visited with him. This teacher, class 6th grade at PS-6 was exceptional in a most positive way. Rare today, some 65 years later where it seems to me that the Western societies glorify mediocrity and states of suspended mental neuron activity.

1. I saw as a solution to my pending case in city court of driving with a suspended license to be getting temporariloy committed to a psychiatric hospital.I figured as how Nash would move to dismiss because I was in the psycho hospital and thus not competent to "stand trial." Remember I was 19 and don't expect a teenager to think like a Perry Mason. Teenagers often think only in small chunks and act on those small chunks of thoughts. If you think teenagers are capable of future oriented, panoramic landscape thought processes you're wrong. There are exceptions to the rule. But generally teenagers respond, more as a dog does, to the immediate circumstances which he faces.
I chose Kansas City, MO, because that is where Dr. Harete was now practicing his psychiatry and doing some teaching of newly minted MDs who were interested to go into child psychiatry. Dr. Harte moved to KC to be with his family. I think he had either it was three sons or perhaps it was five sons. Several were my age (then19). Dr. Harte in our correspondence continued from time to time to invite me to go with them to the Ozark Mountains and the Quachita Mouintains, all in Arkansas and southeastern parts of Oklahoma. I wanted to go each time but always found reasons to conjur up in my mind [to present to the mind, evoke or image things, to conjur up in the mind a picture, a painting, of why I shouldn't go.] Ps, I mentioned the Ozarks and Quachita Mouintains of Arkansas. For me, these places are as the Metropolitan Museum of Art (NYC) and the Hermitage Museum in today's St. Petersburg, Russia great places of art that glorifies the Creator and his artist on the earth - who give proof to those who are open-minded that the spirit of God the Creator is in each of us from the moment when life begins at conception. I only need look at the splender of it all that constantly surrounds us to know this is true.
2. Meeting with Dr. Harte in his office (and the steps leading to this meeting are themselves interesting episodes in life's twists and turns) I do my act with the 4 barrel derringer to convince him that I needed to be committed to the psycho-ward - a necessary step to obtain my legal freedom [again, teenagers do not think with a panoramic perspective- but in immediate chunks of thought].
I succeed in what I thought would be an impossible quest. I am taken to the house of the Looney Birds. And am I being insensitive in identifying my fellow compatriots in such a manner? No, not at all, for now I am one of THEM. And to be part of the group and satisfied to be among them, is supposed to be the cardinal of a recovering mental idiot. So, I was officially ONE of THEM. And here too, in this place of loose bowels and screeming old woman there is a tranquility that comes upon me when I look back on those episodes in that place. You see, it was all 59 years ago, more than enough time for me to clear my mind with enough episodes of primal screems and purgations of the catharsis. But during this time of my commitment, three weeks it was, there were some very good episode in life in the loony ward worth recording. 1,. I am roomed with the big blackman. Karate would be of no help dealing with him. 2. I get to meet with J.P. Morgan in the room next to ours (black dude +me) 3. I get to spend the night in the padded crazies room [against my will] and and put in the proverbial STRAIGHT JACKET - right out of SNAKE PIT movie. ] And, to add insult personal insult to me - the nurse gives me an injection of a very potent sedative which quickly knocks m out. 4. I get to meet with STAFF! They stare at me; they ask me a few mundane pointless questions. I mean, "Mr. Downing, how do you feel?" That sums up the whole field of psychiatry for me, VooDoo Medicine. They end this arcane mysterious and to me, pointless, meeting with "Mr. Downing, let us meet again in a week or so and we will work on your problems again, together, then." I wasn't stupid then and I don't think I am yet today. In other words, the translation, "Buster you've got two more weeks to think over your stunt and how much longer you want to stay in this place. See you later."
5. I meet with the intern, an MD, who is there to assess me. Like, "Who is president of the United States." Etc. with such gibberish. Then after the formalities he asks me if there is something he can do for me. Yes, bring me something sensible to read. The next day he bring to me a book, The Odyssey of Homer. I read it slow and careful. Years later, after I had graduated with my engineering diploma, I wrote again (another of many letters to Dr. Harte and always he replied and always if I waited too long he would initiate the next letter). I mentioned in the letter that I saw life as an Odyssey.

This painting of this cabin is an actual place at the foot of MontEagle Mtn, going West, exit just before hill climb. Going along the South side in the same West direction you will come upon a concrete bridge and this creek and possibly the cabin is still standing. I had some good friends who lived in this cabin. Ronnie who was a lumber jack and made his living cutting up and selling timber to a local wood mill had two sons, Dyland and Nikolas and I think a daughter and of course his wife. And I visited often. Ronnie had a swing on either side of the porch. I alwasy sat on the swing toward the mountains in the background. And we talked, but not much and usually he had a spare beer and I joined him for a suds.
But why did I paint this picture, go to all that effort. It's all about translating Tennesse Hillbilly dialect into Manhattanese dialect so that those people in the big big city will know what is meant when a hillbilly tells you, "I will see ya tomorra if the creek don't rise." That expression needs needs some interpretation if you are one of them people what lives up there in that place called they calls Man Hattan.
In the "back parts" of Tennessee and also Eastern mountains of Kentucky you often hear the term, "I will see you tomorrow if the creek don't rise" and that assumes they, those people, of East Tennesseeikes or KY will want to see you ever again; because that may well depend on your accent, your way of speaking, etc. Of course we can understand thems poor grammar they use except in church.
They don't got the good education yous younuns gets from up there in the North going to PS-6 on 81 street UPPER, repeat, UPPER EAST SIDE . That pretty close to 82 street and 5th Avenue if you wants to skip that PS 6 school and go see them oil painting on the walls of the Metropolitan, which if you got any culture at all you will do that instead of sitting in a hot un-air conditioned school building in the summer time. I went to school, 6th grade after I got me kicked out a a genuine "prep school" for boys over in Hartford, Conn. I've got to say that back then, 1958 or it might have been 1959 - I got me the best educational experience I think I've ever had - what with the little actual schooling I had. The teacher, I done forgot his name, introduced his class to classical music, the arts, literature and poetry. Sure we had math and stuff - but it was the way he invoked our interest, his students, in literature, poetry, etc., that really impacted me and I am sure the others too, and I forever fell in love with fine literature, poetry, classical music and art. As for art, I really couldn't help my self in skipping school or not returing after lunch because the Metropolitan Art Museum, perhaps only second or at most third place as the world's greatest art museums. I rank them thus: Paris Louve; Russian Hermitage; New York City Metropolitan. I would put Chicago Art Museum at very close to the NYC Metrololitan. It is really good. I think Chicago has this countries greatest industrial museium, for sure.
Their pyramid is kind of goofy I think. Memphis has one as screwball, in my estimation. But the old Louve, if you can do it, and do it right, plan on a four day adventure.
Hermitage in St. Peterburg, once called Petrograd, Peter, grad= the place of, also acceptable is city. I almost did the year after my Serbian mother visited the old Soviet Union. But the nature of my work prevented that trip. I did have a very large book (I think it was a Soviet publication) which showed the many great paintings, landscape and portrait mainly. For certain I didn't see any garbage-art [in my own opinion] works by the likes of a Jackson Pollock [a Manhattan freak .
By the way, when I was age 12 (some nervy psychiatrists have said I was arrested at that age. Development, that is, for my hillbilly friends in TN and KY). I used to go visit regularly the Guggenheim Museum which was being built at that time. I was a "sidewalk ''superintendent'' and there was a piece of the plywood wall pulled down, so I was able to obtain enterance. Solomon Guggenheim, well read all about him in the link.
Above is the Guggenheim. Whenever I visited my Serbian mother in the Village - that's what everyone called it, The Guggenheim. This view is looking toward downtown Manhattan - in the direction of The Bowery (that's no orderary place, so why howcome I capitalize the T for The Bowery. You also aim in this direction if you want to visit the really great Metropolitan Museum of Art. Same also if you aim to go visit The Village, or to be more technical, Greenwhich Village.
You see that little kid fixing to walk across 5th avenue toward Central Park? It was about there where I was able to get inside regualrly to see the place being built. That street sign connected to the traffic light support - that's East 89 st. I lived on12 East 97th st. Now Manhattan city blocks are real long. Twelve block walk? Took some time, even when I could walk much faster than I do now. Nevertheless, there you have it before you, the Frank Loyd Wright Guggenheim Museum.
Why don't I like the Guggenheim and how comes I got no use for Jackson Pollock? Here's why: When I painted a picture, such as the one on the top of this web page, my PALETTE held the pigments and you can tell a lot about an artist by the way he locates his colors.

And about Paul Ceznne if/when I can find the picture. One day the St. Louis art museum notified that they had a Cezanne, a landscape in his typical style, that had beneath that landscape another painting, a portrait of a woman. Now I am remembering what happened about 61 years ago. So memory often does fade with time.

But sort of nutty. All French men are like that, nutty but real genius stuff. I reguarly contribute to Wiki and the Khan Academy and you should too. It would be a small investment with a big payback. You want to go into engineering for a life career? You are going to need a lot of high level math. But the payback for you will usually be a nice paycheck ever two weeks. That is why my Russian mathematician and childhood friend, Dr. Lena Sharney (worked on Manhattan project in Oak Ridge, then did original research in the new field of NUCLEAR MEDICINE, Mt Sini Hospital, a couple of blocks from where I lived in NYC Manhattan, 97thg St., then taught mathematics at C.W. Post, ivy league school until her final days.
Typical of Russians, she played chess and naturally she said I should learn to play this game for my future. She also said that being as how I was a refugee from Germany, post World War II, I should go into engineering when I reached that age of maturity. She said that the reason so many refugees go into engineering (if they can at all afford it, expensive in USA) is because if you learn a high tech subject deep enough - it will be easier for you to be accepted by a company even if you have a heavy accent, different manners, customs, etc., because the capitalist want you for your brains, what you know and what you can do with the high tech education you get from fields such as medicine, physics, engineering, chemistry, etc.
Well, I got a late start in my education with very little formal high school and no schooling until I got to USA at near nine years old. Preparing to get into engineering school was a real bitch because I just didn't have the necessary foundation in the simpler math to be able to support the higher levels you are going to get in the university level if you chose a high tech field, say nursing, science, etc.
What is different today that didn't exist when I entered the University of Tennessee in 1969 is that today you have the INTERNET. And I will simply endorse unabashedly the KHAN ACADEMY. You can help tutor your child from 3rd grade to12th in math and just about any other high level subject. It was primarily through the internet and youtube.com and such sites as Khan Academy that I learned to do web programming in CSS & HTML. I did buy some used books from abebooks.com at a fraction of the cost. But youtube was the way I learnedd the basics.
Now to zero in on the point and example I want to show. For me the most difficult courses in engineering school were differential equations and electromagnetic field theory and Maxwell's equations. The stuff is just so abstract. But look here,

It looks ominous. But just as you were taught to walk, you take it one step at a time. At first you are not going to understand what the above is all about. And we all tend to fear what we don't understand. This is a survival mechanism built into our DNA for that very reason. What we don't understand, what we don't RECOGNIZE - we are genetically programmed to be wary and wiley [ crafty, cunning ] as a fox - of the new "intruder" just as the fox on the lone prairie cautiously circles the unknown visitor.
If the new visitor makes any sudden move - the fox will then either run or fight, fight or flight response. We can either run away from a new challenge before us - or we can tackle the new intrusion into our life HEAD ON. The key is to overcome your fear of failing. Because in the American public school system (I know of no other) it still functions on the same model of the industrial middle 19th century. We, in effect, punish failure with a bad grade - expecting that all the students come out of the same mold (as in, make a mold out of the resin please). Therefore we except the same performance from all.
The problem is that rate of learning, how fast we process new information IS NOT the same for each person. You can identify similarities in each student's method and time required to process new materials - and group them in their respective cohort groups as might the statistician do. A SLOW LEARNING IS NOT A DUMB LEARNING. I do feel that school teachers at all levels should be paid initially at the average of a newly minted lawyer. There is no shortageof THEM. But not if they,teachers, cannot understand a subject at a level several grades above what they teach at then for what reason should they be paid more?

2024-march-6 I am getting better and better at using . . floats & positioning images in CSS. And I am having fun in the process. But that is why I am doing what I am doing - - learning web programming . Because if you are not having fun in learning something new, it is real difficult to learn. The key to learning on your own, and I am now officially 78 years age and I am no smarter or dummer than the next guy . . . [IQ is a myth – rate of learning, processing new information is a funciton of many variables, so don't worry about that yet . . . along with the notion that you can't learn new complicated things when you get old, can't teach an old dog new tricks . . The key is NOT TO FEAR FAILURE and DON'T CRITICIZE YOURSELF if you make mistakes along the way. That is NOT being a failure. Failure is WHEN YOU GIVE UP! That is essentially how I did it with my education – I DIDN'T GIVE UP WHEN THE GOING GOT REAL TOUGHT – and I had developed enjoyment in the process of learning new things. Discover what it is that you like doing. And how do you do that? Discover what it is you like to do with your life? By giving what comes to your imagination – a try. But again, if you come to the new challenge with the pre-conceived notion that your are going to fail, that notion immediately puts up a barrier, a wall, that keeps you from trying in the first place. Or giving up when the going gets difficult.
Failing hurts. And if we are in an environment typical [in my opinion] of public schools – there is a real penalty for failing – THE FAILING GRADE. The education system is based on the OR ELSE. The OR ELSE is the penalty and consequences for failing. Yet do we beat up on a kid when he is first learning to walk? It would be foolish indeed would it not – to use a loud voice with a tone of impatience in it – if the child keeps on falling in his efforts to walk.
I think if you could put yourself into his "slippers" or "walk in his feet" you would see, come to understand, that it is in the child's nature to want to walk, both to please the parents or guardians, etc., but also it is intrinsic in our nature to want to succeed. We all want to walk and we all want to climb the stairs to success – however it is that we define this success. But each step in our climb to the goal we set for ourselves – is A LEARNING PROCESS.
If the LEARNING PROCESS is a NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE in the child OR the adult – then what happens next? Is it not natural for a person to AVOID the unpleasant, to look for alternatives "to the turn-offs in life?"
WE FEAR WHAT WE DON'T UNDERSTAND. AND NATURALLY ANY NEW TASK INVOLVING HAVING TO LEARN IS NOT EASY. BECAUSE WE DON'T UNDERSTAND THE NEW SUBJECT UNTIL WE DO LEARN IT AND LEARN IT WELL. IF YOU LOVE WHAT YOU ARE DOING, EVEN THOUGH IT IS ALL NEW FOR YOU - THEN HOW CAN YOU FEAR WHAT YOU LOVE. MAKE SENSE. PERHAPS LATER.
OUR PREJUDICE IS BASED ON IGNORANCE AND FEAR. FEAR? FEAR OF THE UNKNOWN. FEAR OF WHAT WE DON'T UNDERSTAND BECAUSE IT IS AN UNKNOWN. IGNORANCE? THAT IS OVERCOME THROUGH EDUCATION. I believe that central to the self-created conflicts and dangers in the USA and EU with its relationship with both Russia, China, North Korea and other nations is this FEAR, fear of the unknown. Because we, an American or Brit or German, etc., assume that the other side, China, or a Russia, or a North Korea sees things in a similar way and pattern as we do. BUT THEY DON'T.
And therefore there is created within us an INCONGRUENCE in our attitude toward others whom we sense do not see things as we see them. St. Louis Art Museum in Forrest Park is very nice for a moderate size art museum.
I think I must have spent six months of my life in that place. And it was free then.
I'll get a picture. St. Louis also has a very nice Botanical garden and great zoo,
as does Birmingham, ALA (Zoo and Botanical. I don't think they have a major
art museum. At least I have not seen it in the times I have been to
Birmingham.
PS: I am not much of an artist and I have never pretended to be. Engineering became my cup of tea. BUT, my love of the fine arts came directly from my experience when attending PS-6, and this changed my life for sure.

These creeks run all over the place in Eastern KY and TN. But always the water runs "down hill." That's for you who attended PS-6 elementary school. The water flows from the tops of the mountains and travels down (because of gravity, folks). And when there is a lot of rain, which is often in the spring time, then you will have the situation you see here in the painting. So for you folks who live in Manhattan and want to show off your IQ to your neighbor in the sardine can living right next to your little bitty apartment and assuming they even know you exists or care if you do - then next time you do see them coming out of their can - tell them in all friendship, "Neighbor, I won't see you again if the creek rises and the sewers back up again - 'cause I'll be headed south where they gots their heads on straight, you know and things are flowing in the right directions.
I will be honest and tell you this will all sincerity. I mean it: Here in the United States, If you want a cultural experience of a life-time, the magnitude of which you, and your chidlren, if you take them along for an experience they too will never forget and they will hound you every year thereafter to do it again, - because it is that good - visit Manhattan and come in by way of LaGuardia Airport (LGA). There is a reason. There is NO other city in the USA which has such an abundance of super high quality museums of every variety that will spark your interests, and if you have chidren with you, above 8 years old I think to fully take in the sights such that they will retain them for life, and I think for life it will be in their memories.

And the word, ECLECTIC - "deriving ideas, style, taste, etc., from a broad and diverse range of sources. In other words, things that are taken in from many different sources.

Dr. Lolli, whom I knew as a child, (i.e., me as the child of 10-12, not the doctor (M.D.) as the child) was also a Freudian psychoanalyst and bought into Freud's Sex is Everything Joy Ride - titled his Yale University paper Alcoholism as a Disorder of the Love Disposition. I don't know. Perhaps it is so. This was, after all, 1956 and it seemed then that if you were a medical doctor and psychiatrist IN THE KNOW you better have a hard-on for Freud's World of Constructs or be cancelled out of the profession. Radja's former employment had be as Translator of Documents for German government (actually NAZI Germany government- for there is a definite distinction) in its Foreign Office in Berlin under Herr Joachim von Ribbentrop. This work relationship ending when the Russian troops (Soviet Union army forces) arrived in Berlin, as she noted to me.

<Ruth used her position as deputy director for resettlement of refugees, Germany, Italy, Austria to frankly help a lot of Eastern Orthodox priests and also people to flee west, and especially to get to Paris. Radja performed a significant part in that she, being a linguist geraduate from Belgrade University and specializing in her favorite language, French, was able to communicate with most of the refugees from the Eastern block.

The three of us, the doctor, Ruth (who was at the time a co-worker with Dr. Lolly) and myself - often went to the Peach Tree restaurantnear to where Ruth and I lived then, 12 E. 97th St. Apt 5E between Madison Ave. and 5th Avenue, running parallel with Central Park. I think Dr. Lolly found me interesting, an oddity. He was particulary interested in the significant behavioral change in me after I had eaten, for instance, at the Peach Tree.
Today I think an M.D. would suspect hypoglycemia and check my blood sugar level before eating. But Dr. Lolly was a trained psychoanalysist besides also being a medical doctor. Today I think the best proven course of treatment (unless the person has truly got himself in a "pickle", a physical mess such as what I think is the situation with the current President's son, Hunter, then AA focused on alcoholism and drug addiction, or what is really the crisis today - drugs, is the best path to recovery.
In my opinion, Hunter doesn't need to be in prison, he needsto be committed to a place such as St. Elizabeths Psychiatric Hospital near Washington, D.C. It seems to me that Hunter has so impaired his Reticular Activating System (RAS) [neurological damage] and some other body systems, that he cannot form a reasonable judgement or make decisions and choices on his own that are to his best advantage and interests- because of the severe cloud effect (he is neurologically speaking - asleep - and needs a prolonge dose of medical treatment to "wake him up from his stupor" that takes place with continuous and strong use of such drugs as Cocaine. You can write this off if you hate Hunter Biden, (and I don't particularly like him myself) but he IS NOT in control of himself and, in my opinion, as much as I dislike his type of person, he cannot possibly defend himself when he has a malfunctioning brain brought on by constant use of brain destructive drugs that alter the very physiology of his circuits. That's my opinion for what it is worth. Hate him if you want to - but at least treat him as a very sick human being who deserves our understanding and compassion. If you haven't been there yourself - don't preach on your highhorse like you know that world of brain alterning drugs and what they do to a person's judgement and thsoe parts of the circuits that control a persons inhibitions and also tear them down.
But because he is the current President's son - any judge would be very reluctant to take that course of action - evaluation - (a course of action totally appropriate BUT FOR Hunter being the current President's son); for concern that he, the judge would be accused of "playing politics." SHOUTING LOUD the President's opposition will say, "Any body else, you or me, would be going to prison." Sure, like John Hinckley Jr. did - right?!
And I don't personally like Joe Biden for what his decisions are doing to Ukraine. But does his, President Biden's lack of compassion for the people of Ukraine (and too the dead young Russian soldiers, many just teenage boys I imagine) tarnish objective evaluation of a defendent's true mental state that otherwise a judge would consider, "would take under advisement"? If Hunter's lawyer examined this question and then made such motion to the judge for independent professional medical evaluation of his client - how could any reasonable person object"
Because this is exactly the motion that would be made for some bozo "pulled off the street" who was obviously acting bizzare - by a court appointed lawyer. Why should it be any different for Hunter? He is obviously wounded.
If you have never been a person who is weak, confused and in many ways internally tortured by conflicts inside of the self - and thus "taken it out" on the self - then I guess you can push compassion aside for that person and mumble to yourself, "Nobody would do that for me - why should that guy get all the breaks!"
And my rejoinder would simply be, He, Hunter, is still a human being. And is thus entitled to all the breaks that the law can give him. This is America I think it still. And recognizes that law is not always all black or all white - but there are the blends and the shadows to consider when justice hangs in the balance. And I don't even like his father, the President - because of his actions with regards to Ukraine. But in many ways I have been in Hunter's shoes, but just not as severe.
Isn't there a kind of M'Naughten Rule for people like Hunter? I mean, "Extenuating Circumstances" when supported by medical evidence - to open the door for medical evaluation?. If the man does have neurological impairment from long term continued use of brain function suppressing drugs such as cocaine - then those who strenuously oppose all that the current president tries to do cannot claim "finding excuses" or "employing political expediency." Those claims fall on barren grounds when objective test, both medical and psychological evaluation, support the claim. Common sense and the public's observations clearly show that not all of Hunter's marbles are in place or even functioning.

Vet book will be very valuable for farmers in very remote area as the information inside is extensive as regards to treatment of typical farm animals. This is ~ 1830 publication. When you compare with modern vet book you see that it is the treatment of the animals, not the diagnosis, etc. of the animals condition. So, a farmer in a very remote area, say on African continent, might benefit if he has this information. About 100 pgs have been scanned and they look great.

In Search of Insanity
This is the story of Criminal Attorney Glenn W. Nash and me.

Glenn was a good friend. For near two years I attended many of his criminal case trials. I learned a good bit about legal things. I liked him a whole lot. We were even drinking buddies. He had his Heaven Hill and I had the Cherry Vodka.
I think that is the case with any boy who is deprived of growning up without a father's influence. A woman cannot be a father to either a boy or girl. I don't think any one can know that unless he (he, she, etc.) is or has been in that situation. And in many ways he was a father figure for me as I never knew my father though I always was wanting one.
I got to know him when I was teaching Judo in exchange for Karate lessons at the Memphis Karate Academy down on Bellview Blvd.just North of E.H. Crump and Bellview Blvd. (many say he was a real crooked politician/lawyer)in Memphis, Tennessee.

I was at the time a teenager, 19, a dropout from school at 16. Wild, yes. But never unkind to anyone. At least not intentionally. Fifty eight (58) years have past since those three murders happened.

In all this time I have NO criminal record or Sessions Court Stuff (In Tennessee there is Session Court for minor cases) or ANY in ANY jurisdiction. And I don't recall a driving charge in, I guess none in 30 years but a few minor things in 1980s. I have never been arrested for anything because I have never done anything to be arrested for.
I figure as how some teenager in similar circumstances, no father to teach discipline and to LOOK UP TO (you know what I mean? A boy needs someone to look up to, to respect, to emulate. It is essential for normal mental growth development and character formation.
And my having dropped out of school, run around wild with my BSA fast motorcyle with other guys simiar to me - this story, all true, might benefit that teenager becasue I still think I avoided a life in prison by the skin of my teeth.

posting 2023-Aug-29. One of the reasons I undertook this project was to learn webs programing with html & css. I hope to move on to JavaScripts and JQuerry. It is not easy thing to learn this code but much easier if you have previous coding exprience. I had five years with Fortran IV which was a program for scientists and engineers and it was part of the engineering program and a requirement for graduation. MS Visual Basic, Pascal, etc., are similar. But I think the computer language dominating the science world today is C++ which for me was an aggrevation to learn and since I had reached my goal of getting my diploma BS in electrical engineering, University of Tennessee, Knoxville, TN., since I knew if actually pulled it off - the pay would be a whole lot better than junking cars, working labor teaching the martial arts, etc. I don't think I ever got infected by the snob factor you see in the academic life. And I have nothing buy compliments and appreciation for my professors, especially in the School of Electrical Engineer housed then (1994) in Ferris Hall. And frankly speaking, I had good relations with all the other students. I was older than most of my fellow students. But all were kind to me and I reciprocated.I can tell you honestly, it was no easy task for me to get through engineering school. It was not any blood, but yes, a whole lot of sweat, and no tears. But I did almost have a "panic attack" about the second week of school. I was carrying 18 hours plus the labs which is one heavy load especially when all this academic stuff was mostly new to me. And too, although I had covered trig with Glenn Harbor - the electrical courses assumed a much deeper level of knowledge that what I had previously studied. I did have a Shaun's Outline on trig which helped quite a lot.
I'm sitting alone in my dumpy off-campus room with all these books, and trying to figure out what the calculus book was all about. It seemed like every other sentence the author would have to say, "It should be OBVIOUS this . . . and it should be obvious to you that . . . " and I thought to myself, "My god, how the hell am I going to get through all this, four years . . how am I going to do it." I began to have the same feeling of everything going to pieces, that I was going to fail again. I thought about that proverbial light at the end of the tunnel. All I could see was darkness.
Then I did something out of the blue fo me. I say that because I always had looked far ahead and planned out this and that. Just as I planned out the preparation for going into a field, engineering which I knew upfront was going to be a bitch. And why would I fabricate anything - to what adantage? I'll be soon 78 years old. I still have three "best friends" from my work years. Have known them and stayed in contacts now for over 40 years.
One friend who had been for quite a few years my manager at work - was the spit and polish of health, a real nature freak. We had been good friends since he came to work in 1980 having got his degree bachelor degree in electrical engineering and later his master degree from Tennessee Tech; and then PE license.
So I was six years his senior both in age (even more in age) and time at the utility. When the Covid (I called it a scam right from the start, Jan. 2020, and started my website, https://thevaccine.net both as a way to learn computer coding (html & css) and follow what I knew would be an historic event. - I did lose some, how to put it, friends where we accomindated each other in the work place. I said, "If you never trust the government you will never be disappointed." One guy said he thought I was trying to be funny. But no. It is true. I don't trust anyone unless I can justify objectively reason why I should trust some person. I had a Sr. level manager say, "Nenad, just trust me." And I asked him, " A_ Why should I?" And I seriously wanted to know. If a person tells you "Just trust me" you better run like hell unless you know how to fight.
The Sr. manager didn't respond. He wasn't mad. I think he asked himself, "He's right, why should he?" He was Indian (Asian) and very intelligent and quick in his thinking. In fact, my experience with people form India (and I have been there for about 4 weeks two times) is that these Indians are are just a whole lot more intelligent than the run of the mill American people I meet with and and deal with and have worked with over a long career. And frankly speaking, and I mean no offense, but the political class, especially today is just plain dumb. I don't know any other way to describe it. And I am not saying I am smarter. I'm not. It's just that American leadership can't seem to see any farther than the front of their shoes, if they even where them anymore. I will give you an example where I see a person not at all cognitively impared but short sighted in his thinking because I don't believe he thinks things through.
Donald Trump. Who(m) I think is one of the most honest of the politicians today at the national level. In my opinion both Xi Jinping and Donald Trump are decent and honest people who want to serve and act in the best interests of their nations people. Hell, my wife put me in a real financial bind buying coins of all sizes, many fully silver and some, not actually Au plated but still mighty nice with engravings of Trump in various settings. And these are like about the size of pancakes you get at Denny's. I never questions my wife about anything, I mean going back to 1981 when we met. I am talking like near $15,000 new debt load.
I found out what was happening when I had to call the ambulance when one morning she became totally unresponsive. She did not even respond to a finger prick test. I figured it must be the covid. Thanks to a Karl Denninger and his website, www.market-ticket.org I had obtained earlier an O2 meter and a 5L bottle of oxygen, just in case - covid did hit her. For years going back to 2007 I have tuned into his website most every mid-morning to see what topic he has covered. He is the most eclectic [ Link 2 ] person I have ever come across. I have provided a link because the word, eclectic is not used that much.
Here is what happened. Very early when news that cruise ship, Diamond Princess, hit the major news services - that this ship had an ongoing epidemic of a new virus - Karl Denninger (market-ticket.org) had already the essential details
Now we all know that China and USA are tossing hot potatoes forth and back to each other.
About a year after graduating and going to work, Ruth (my foster mother) made the comment that she thought that I was happier than I had every been before during those five years. (At Dr. Harte's suggestion I took of a year and worked in a large consulting engineering compnay in Memphis.) Ruth was 100 percent correct. Those years at the university where the happiest time I had experienced in my life. I lived off-campus in a "dump" at Knoxville, but that was OK. The freshman and sophmore years were at UT-Martin (Martin, TN) but engineering majors had to do the last two years at the main school in Knoxville. Same thing in Martin, living off-campus. The rooms I lived in were also dumpy but I preferred that because it was much less expensive and also I preferred to live alone with my studies. The dormitories are noisy as living in Manhattan but alot safer, especially today.
One of the main reasons I volunteered to go to India on a joint government to government joint project was to be able to visit Kolkata was (Calcutta) in order to visit Dakshineswar Kali Temple where Ramakrishna had served as Priest of the temple. While attending engineering school over five years I had systematically read the 8 volume works of Swami Vivekananda. Vivekananda had travelled world wide and attended the Parlament of Religions and he gave a number of addresses to the attendees. I have the original very large book from that time and I hope to soon scan the original pages and post them in the page which will be focused on Swamiji Vivekananda.
Reading and studying Swamini's lectures (they were stenographically written down as he spoke) changed my outlook on life. One of the teaching of Ramakrishna was that "All religions are but different roads leading to the same God." I embraced that teaching. This visit was in 1994 during the Monsoon time. This was 29 years ago. The joint project work kept us in Bihar, India for about three weeks. The next year, 1995, I returned to visit with my wife. We stayed approximately a month.
The experience and enjoyment of those visits has never left me. It never will. I will say more later and include a photo gallary. I took about 600 photos of India as Peggy and I traveleled throught many parts of India.

Add about reticular activating system and effect of pot, depression, schitzoid and schizophrenic behavoir. and the wake-up effect of ritalin, LSD, etc. by the RAS. At least it seems to explain some of it from personal experimentation. Relate how just half of a very stong joint from Columbia brick seriously impared my ability to do the higher level mathematics such as the differential equations course and almost required my changing major to something less academically demanding. This was my sophmore year.
During freshman years I had made the Dean's List, twice I believe it was. My experimenting with strong pot from Columbia, just one time (during my college years) almost wrecked my plans on becoming an electrical engineer. Perhaps Elon Musk can handle pot and still fly to the moon on one of his rockets. But my guess is that if he was really smoking pot when I saw him on the television - then it was proably weak local grown grass (pot) not worth the bother, frankly. With really good stuff - the joint you roll will be thin and tight. And you wiil do good to get half-way through it before you are ready to do your launch. And what ever he was actually smoking it wasn't good weed because it created TOO much smoke. A good joint will not produce the cloud I saw surround his head that time on TV.
With LSD (purple microdots were the best} in the 1980s it was quite the opposite experience. LSD seems to me, at least experimentally, to have no kinship with amphetamines. It may chemically, pharmaceutically, but related but I don't think so. With LSD the initial experience is the most expanding. But then with more and more you build up a tolerance and then you search for that first glorious trip. But I think that good and pure, not contaminated, LSD has some remarkable psychiatric treatment properties. By the time I took my first trip (and I did take all necessary precautions such as putting the guns in the far barn and locking the gates) I had reached a state where I could not function and was at risk of not being able to do my job. It appears that the Biden administration and their Gang of Four - had anticipated that through the use of massive sanctions, and the disconnect of Russia from the "Swift" communications system that allows countries to transact busines - that they could bring about an economic collapse of Russia Federation.
The Gang of Four plus Biden plans sort of boomeranged, didn't it.. In fact, after the USA and Great Britain in actualitity ''appropriated''' over 350 billion of dollars held in "trust" by them, the Pirate countries led by their Pirate in Chief, Biden - but belonging to Russia and its people. Other countries were shocked into a sensible response.
''Wait a minute! If USA and GB can grab Russian money deposits in the Western Banking System - they can ''stick it to us in the same way.'' These countries were shock at what happened. The United States it had long been assumed - was governed by an honest system of laws.. These countries such as India, Turkey, in fact most all of them, realized that the same thing that happened to the fabulously oil rich country of Venezuela could quite easly happen to them if the fangs of the United States were directed at them. . And that is what Germany is doing - got their tail curled up under their belly. What a nation of cowards, it sure looks that way.Germany for sure has CAPITULATED.
I watched your President's short video praising China on its 100th year anniversary and on China's great accomplishments since its independence and liberation from the oppression and tyranny of the Nationalist forces. I am glad to find out that the president of Serbia is a progressive - placing the needs of the society ahead of the enrichment of a few above the needs of the many. I recorded his short speech and will find time to forward to you. Also, the same feeling for your foreign minister whose first name is Nikola, like you.
I read how Serbia is wanting to join the EU but also wants to remain neutral in terms of military alliances with neither EU, U.S.A. or China and Russia. That is non-alignment position and is the best one to take. But EU will never concede to Serbia on that. EU is a lackey dog of the Americans and Serbia will have to choose whether to align with the dogs or the bear and the dragon - at some point in time. The bear did not steal Kosovo away from Serbia. The EU aided and abetted the theft of Kosovo from Serbia. Remember that.
And if Serbia thinks that aligning with EU will make it prosper economically - think again - think about Greece. Britain did one wise thing when it joined the EU. It kept its own currency.
When a nation gives up its own currency to some bureaucratic system - it gives up fully its sovereignty. And it is then almost impossible to escape, to extricate itself from the strangulation that Brussels can inflict on that country. That is why Greece is totally impoverished today. Had they kept their currency then at least they could have used financial tools to keep its people from starving. They are now paying the price for their foolish surrender of their independence.
Now to my point tonight. Here is an article for you to read when you have time from your busy schedule.
I take no position on the question of "gay rights" or whether homosexual conduct is normal or a mental aberration. The question is simply one of what does sovereignty actually mean?
What I do say is that Hungary, like Poland is a strong Christian nation which opposes homosexual practices {not necessarily orientation} as against their customs and religious teachings.
These customs and religious teachings go back over a thousand years. Yet in both of these countries the bureaucratic perverts in Brussels are demanding that Hungry and Poland suppress, to deny - their very customs and religious beliefs and teachings to appease a very small minority of people who believe homosexual practices, behavoir - are normal activities.
If Poland and Hungry acquiesce to the dictates [diktieren, диктирати] of the dictator, the Brussel bureaucratic rulers, then these countries will no longer be sovereign nations.
Are they to surrender their dignity and national respect over the issue of forcing these Christian countries to legitimize sexual behavior that goes totally against the teaching of the Christian beliefs? That is what is being demanded of them.
This very issue will also confront Serbia if she decides that material prosperity is more important to the Serbian nation than its dignity and sovereignty.
All that Serbia gains by joining the EU is possible improved economic conditions. But at what cost? And how did the surrender by that ancient and honorable nation, Greece, turn out for them? Are they better today for throwing in their lot with the EU?
This reminds me of the great words of the Mexican patriot, Emiliano Zapata, who is remembered by his people for his immortal words when he said,
"It is better to die standing on your feet than begging on your knees!"
Isn't national honor and respect for your country's customs and religious beliefs, {and Serbian East Orthodox tradition which goes back over a thousand years} worth more than the ability to buy a few more "things" "gadgets" "plastic stuff" that soon clog up your landfills and garbage dumps?
What will Hungry do? What will Poland do? What will Serbia do?
At what price does a nation surrender its sovereignty, its dignity and self-respect to join with the harlot and prostitute itself to short term and fleeting pleasures?
Serbia sacrificed over twenty-five percent of its young male population to answer that question when the Nazis demanded that it surrender its sovereignty in exchange for "peace." What was the answer that the Serbs gave to the Nazis? "It is better to die standing on your feet than begging on your knees!"
I don't know Serbian history. But I am certain that was the spirit that moved the partisans to fight regardless of the sacrifice. The honor and dignity of the nation of Serbia came FIRST!

Respect LBGT rights or get out of the EU, 66Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte instructed Hungary's Viktor Orban at last week's gathering of the European Union in Brussels.
According to Reuters, attendees described it as the "most intense personal clash among the bloc's leaders in years."
What caused the clash?
Hungary just passed a law that bans schools from using materials seen as pro-homosexuality. According to the AP, the new law "prohibits sharing content on homosexuality or sex reassignment to people under 18 in school sex education programs, films or advertisements."
Rutte eagerly related details of his confrontation with Orban: "It was really forceful, a deep feeling that this could not be. It was about our values; this is what we stand for." *
*(1) "I said, 'Stop this; you must withdraw the law, and if you don't like that and really say that the European values are not your values, then you must think about whether to remain in the European Union.'"
Orban calls himself a freedom fighter and defender of traditional Catholic values who believes in democracy but not liberalism: "The Hungarian nation is not a mere pile of individuals."
Almost everyone apparently came down hard on Orban.
European Council President Charles Michel reminded Orban "that values such as freedom, tolerance and human dignity are at the heart of the EU."
Several EU member states signed a letter declaring: "Respect and tolerance (2) are at the core of the European project. We are committed to carry on with this effort, making sure that future European generations grow up in an atmosphere of equality and respect." (3)
U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres was in the meeting and, asked about Hungary's new law, replied: "All forms of discrimination are totally unacceptable and obviously any form of discrimination in relation to LGBTQ+ people are totally unacceptable."
The issues raised by this confrontation are many.
First, those who warned in the 1960s that the EU, which began as a European Coal and Steel Community, a French-German free-trade zone of six nations, would inevitably evolve and expand into a transnational regime that would seek to impose its "values" on its members have been proven right.
And what are "EU values"? Who declares them; who defines them?
Christian teachings have a pedigree that goes back millennia.
But what is the source of moral authority for modernity's doctrine that homosexuality is moral, other than some transient ideology, which Russell Kirk reminded us is political religion?
What is the source of the morality that teaches same-sex unions are the equal of traditional marriage and any government that does not agree is a bigoted regime with which we ought not associate?
For the stand the EU takes today — that homosexuality is natural and normal and should be morally and legally the equal to other forms of sexual expression — flatly contradicts those Christian beliefs and values that Europe itself reflected at the EU's infancy.
Do values change? Or are people simply converted to new faiths, new beliefs, new ideas and new "values" that contradict the old ones that were taught and believed for centuries?
If tolerance is, as Michel declares, an EU value, is the canopy of tolerance not wide enough, and the big tent of tolerance not large enough, to include the Christian values Orban espouses, though they contradict the EU values that Rutte and others declare?
Is not Hungary being subjected to EU discrimination for the moral offense of holding on to beliefs that differ from the new EU consensus?
Is the EU's liberalism so intolerant of dissent it would expel an EU member who does not embrace its 21st-century teachings on LGBT rights?
Not until this century in the USA was homosexuality declared a constitutional right. Justice Antonin Scalia famously dissented from that decision.
And if Hungary holds to ideas and beliefs Scalia held, and tens of millions of Americans still hold, but is forced out of the EU for so doing, why would we Americans not stand behind Hungary's right to dissent?
American values, once declared to be freedom, liberty and independence, have evolved into inclusiveness, diversity and tolerance.
Which brings us to the cancel culture.
Where is the tolerance here for differences of belief about whether homosexuality is moral? Cannot those who reject newly established opinion still be included in the company of decent men? Or do the values of inclusion and diversity not extend that far?
Why should disbelievers in the moral equality of homosexuality be excluded from the circle of decent men?
We're getting close here to what cancel culture is all about.Are future European generations to be taught that the Christian position on homosexuality was backward, bigoted and hateful and that its abandonment marked a major step in human progress?
If the Hungarian people and nation find that EU values conflict with their Catholic and Hungarian values, they should declare their independence of the EU as anything other than a trading bloc.

RotorRooter Rutte use of the word "values" is a deflection, a diversion of his true meaning and intent of the word - values. We saw this same ploy used by the Wicked Witch of the West - where her every utterence was "our vaues this" and "our values that" as though SHE WAS THE HOLDER OF THE VALUES when in reality both she and RotorRooter Rutte are nothing but holders in good standing of the Golden Fleece Award. It is YOU, citizens of the EU, that Rotor Rooter Rutte wants to fleece.
You see, the value of a thing, an idea, a belief system, is what YOU the individual deem it to be. YOU the individual set the value based on what YOU feel is important to YOU. Many people value things in terms of money. That is, their value of an object, be it a workd of art or literature, etc., is QUANTIFIED.
But there are other circumstances where it is not possible to quantify the meaure of our values in terms of a unit called money or its substitutes. Take for instance an enviroment where there is not known the thing called money. Where there is no MINE AND THINE. Then it may be that the people in such a society or group will come to value their relationship with each other as most important - and the measure of that relationship might well be in "how much do I trust this other person." Thus the measure of the trust we hold for another determines the weight of the value we hold for that other person.
In other words, values are not COLLECTIVE. RotorRooter Rutte would have you believe that there is one set and only one set of values that you are allowed to hold, one belief system and only one, - if you want to be ONE OF THEM. And that is those permitted by the high priests in the Temple of the Brusselites from where sprout such rubbish.
<aside> Let me divert for one moment and give you an aside to clarify one aspect of what I am trying to say and how it weighs in great measure what may be the outcome of the war that is happening now with Russia and Ukraine/NATO and its piglets.
When my true mother, a Serb, retuned from a visit to Russia (which was exactly in the immediate aftermath of Chernoby, she wrote to me a letter prior to her visit from Manhattan to Chattanooga (where I was living at the time) which said, in part,

And because RotorRooter Rutte has told you that the Bureateriat will decide what your"values" shall be, what is approved (by THEM) and what is not acceptable (by THEM) you will have NO choice in the matter. Well I ask you Poland, Hungary, etcetera etcetera why don't you keep your values for you and your nation and tell the Bureateriat to go f%#*&2ff. The EU is collapsing anyway, this very moment! This is a 48 page pamphlet, and includes in the back sections four pages of advertisement for books by the Eugenics Publishing. These books deal exclusively with sexual topics which seems to me apropo for almost anything Freudian. This pamplet was part of Ruth Downing;s memorabilia collection which included the unpublished lecture notes of Dr. Margaret Mahler, M.D., Psychoanalyst and pediatrician (approx 150 pages). (See below for more details regarding Margaret Mahler.)
The pamplet is very brittle and the images are true to its present color. Initially I am sure the text was black print on white pamphlet paper. I have post the entire pamphlet. It is in JPG format.
But then I will follow through making the jpg files each searchable pdf. If you are in a hurry, and Freud interests you to the extent that there are some who still enjoy driving around in Model Ts - then with an image to pdf converter you can turn each page into text and copy it into MS Word and go at it to the extent that you find it pleasurable in accordence with Freud's Pleasure Principle.
This paper of Freud' is historical. But I doubt myself whether Freud would have given permission to a publisher who advocated Eugenics - permission to publish his work.

Letter Series (UPDATED 2023-Jan-13 9:14am CST)
Dr. James R. Harte, M.D., Child Psychiatrist & Correspondence over twenty-five years [Jan 3, 2023 I have posted about 70% of them and some of the letters are mixed and a couple I still have to find the missing pages. But what I have posted does give you an idea of the product of my first nine years of life, my isolation from any significant contact with any adults during those years.
In otherwords, actually instituionalized but along with a large number of other children, all boys because in those days the sexes were not mixed as such.
But I will add that WE, me and the many others, were ALL IN THE SAME BOAT TOGETHER. Nothing happened to me that didn't happen to millions of other children following the Second Great War to End All Wars. We were all desperately lonley, desperately wanting to be loved by some adult who would take care of us, take us away from this place. But there were no adults around other than the few who were the care-takers of us children. We were ALL the product of the war in Europe, WW-2, a year later after peace had returned.
But the consequeces of war continue for several generations following the actual participants and countries involved in that initial war, involved in the actual combat engagements. That is why it often takes more than an average person's lifetime for the wounds of a great war to heal. The casualties live on for many decades later.
And that is why, in my own personal opinion, it is so terrible what Biden and his henchmen and Brown Shirts are doing TO Ukraine and its people. How cruel can this Biden be - to destroy the only significant source of energy for Germany and much of Europe. It means great suffering for all of people; young and old, the children and old people too. Especially the children of Germany and the old people who are poor.
What did THEY do to deserve this treatment? Where is this Biden, where is his humanity? Does he have no feeling for the geat harm he is doing to the innocent of those who were supposed to be friends of the United States?
And these self-serving TYRANTS are USING UKRAINE and this guy – Zelensky for ulterior motive. "Used" as these ghouls (ghouls = One who delights in the revolting, morbid, or loathsome.
But really it refers to a person who gives you the feeling, and belief that he is out to help you, he is working for your advantage, to bring the good things to life - for Presudebt Zelensky and the people of Ukraine.
In reality, these people, Biden and his cohorts in this case, wear fancy and expensive suits and nice cloths and always speak to you in ways to quiet down your fears.
But in the end, when you are in most need of their help – they will RUN RUN RUN AWAY from you after they have gotten out of you all they can. Just look at their history.
What they have done to others – THEY WILL DO UNTO YOU! When it is to THEIR advantage.
That is what the idiom "to use" means in the above context.
Why do they do it to others, why do they bring to others this misery and grief and tragedy?Because they are in classical Freudian terms – PSYCHOPATHS of the highest excellence of what it means to be a psychopath.
Ted Bundy is a perfect example of this type of person. Only his victims were young attractive woman - not young German and European children and old people.
But, well, right now it is Ukraine people, Mother Ukraine. Young and old people of Ukraine and Russia; and young men dying in battle and leaving their chidlren without a father in their life - in Ukraine and Russia too.
And also in the latter stages of victimization is Syria, is Iraq, was the Late Lybia, the Late Afghanistan, the Late Vietnam, etc. etc. to the Nth power.
Remember, these are my opinions and may not be based on facts because the facts are probably fully classified. So take it for what it is I write, a late night soliloquy. And what do I think is the MOTIVE BEHIND THIS ATROCITY? Caused by Biden and his henchmen?.
It's Raytheon first! and then some left overs for public schools, and for the homeless Vietnam vets of another era; for the millions of other homeless who are living on the streets - not of just the streets of Loredo, Texas, and all over California the Sunshine state and all over the Republic of the United States of America - that Raytheon and its like-kind species - must come first.- Oh, soliloquy of the late night hours?
Soliloquy: The act of speaking to oneself. Which many have told me is the first cardinal sign of my emerging Dementia Praecox. Here's WIKI ... Dementia praecox is a disused psychiatric diagnosis that originally designated a chronic, deteriorating psychotic disorder characterized by rapid cognitive disintegration, usually beginning in the late teens or early adulthood.
Is that me? or is that Biden and Company? Or is it true that Raytheon and its like kind species - really do control the affairs of this nation, once upon a time known as The Republic of these United States of Ameria. Now I think this is gone, Gone with the Wind. A result of Climate Change I am sure.

What is the Biden and his gang's modus operandi - how a good cop comes to know who is the criminal(s) by his (their) repeat behavior patters, their mode of operating which repeats with each robbery, or murder of a small and innocent country such as Vietnam or now Ukraine (big geography but very small economy; but! its diamonds are in the safe? And what are these diamonds that Ukraine holds? Their STRATEGIC LOCATION to the object of Biden and the other like-mided scoundrels? The Russian Federation - and the Bidenscoundrelites' Impossible Dream and Quest to grab the Russia land and the resources while there seem yet to be time to pull off the caper.
And this pattern has been repeating over and over again since shortly after World War II when the USA ruled the roost over all other contenders in the world.

IT IS FOR OTHERS TO PAY THE CONSEQUENCES, PAY THE PRICE for the misery they bring to the innocent.
Their, that is - for these psychopath's it is for their victims -to pay the price. Germany and Europe are now paying dearly the price. And just what did they do to deserve this treatment? Where they not friends, allies, of Biden and his ilk?
It is Not the pertetrators who are to pay. That is ALWAYS the case with this type of "personality disorder." Rubish with trying to make it sound like a "sickness" that might be amendable to treatment. These psychopaths are the Children of the Devil, chidren of Satan himself.
These psychopaths, such as, IN MY PERSONAL OPINION – AND THAT IS ALL IT IS - that is what they are - for the definition of the psychopath includes in major emphasis - THE TOTAL LACK OF A CONSCIENCE. Or, as Dr. Freud would say, the Super-Ego never developed in these types of people. So, I suppose it is not their fault - what they really are - as they didn't bring the condition on themselves. They were sort of BORN being that way.
They, such as the Bidenites, know academically right from wrong. But it is just that – ACADEMIC. They don't FEEL anything for you. They don't feel anything for the suffering of the Ukrainian people - suffering that the Bidenites brought to them. They don't feel for the suffering in the extreme cold inflicted on the children and old people of Germany that they, the Bidenites caused by their deliberate actions of terror upon Germany.
They, they Bidenites, that TYPE of person, they have NO EMPATHY for their victims. And Ukraine is their biggest PLUMB to pick at the present time. But they have "skinned" Germany real good, haven't they. Biden has taught the Germans real good - whose is real boss, Big Daddy.
I have NEVER yet heard Biden express ANY sympathy for all the KILLING he has brought to BOTH Ukraine and Russia. In other words, he is INCAPABLE of putting himself into the shoes of the Ukrainian people. That is why, with ZERO EMPATHY you never sense or hear any HUMAN feeling from him or his bunch of fellow traveling psychopaths.
All you ever hear is "canned political-speak."After Ukraine has been thoroughly destroyed – because Russia legitimately sees allowing the NATO Piglets on their very borders as Biden and the NATO Gangsters are pushing to do – and then next will come the missiles, etc. then Biden will attempt a "preventive surgical strike" at Russia, another Operation Barbarossa.
But to clench the deal, to be able to fully crush the Russian Federation and then grab all its resources (Just as Biden's ideal predecessor and historical mentor, a guy called Adolf Hitler tried to do, and as many others have tried such as the Wizkid Napoleon), first his gang will try to take out Red China by capturing Taiwan under the pretext of "liberating Taiwan's people and to bring to them DEMOCRACY (Iraq version I assure you).
These delusional conspirators will then try to put some "feet on the ground" and then put the missile stuff in Taiwan. Then they will, for all intense and purposes – have China "checkmated."
Because China's entire Pacific facing seaboard comprises its most essential industrial and military centers. This entire coast line is most vulnerable. When Biden and possibly his NATO Piglets knock-out China – then they have a good shot at coming up on Russia along the China-Russia very long border - over thousand miles.
They all pray to their Devil, the Great Satan, whom (gots to use good English you know) they worship as their role model – that with this two-front strategy – they can finish off Russia. Of-course they know N. Korea will come in to the action strong. But they figure they can NUKE and PUKE on North Korea and what does it matter to psychopaths if North Korea vaporizes a few tens of millions of American citizens along the pacific seaboard.
Actually, I'm not sure anyone East of the Rocky's would give a damn themselves anyway. A nuke here and a nuke there - will for sure clean up a lot of excrement. Excrement, excrement every where, and all the lands did stink. Excrement, excrement nor any turd to eat.
It all smells fishy to me. Perhaps a better plan, perhaps a course correction, is to move the rudder of our great Ship of State in a new direction with a new purpose and a new national policy. Why not move toward the direction to make friends with the Russian people, and the Chinese people. The world is big enough for all to prosper step by step. Invest in other people. People are you most valuable asset. Do not throw them away. Make an investment in their POTENTIAL abilities - and facilitate the path to its realization. Then we will all prosper. Invest in people, both here an the many smaller and poor nations of the world and we will all receive a truly great return on our investments. That is what the people of China, now a very prosperous nation, are achieving through their Belt and Road Initiative. Make it a win-win for all of us by becoming FRIENDS with those we have treated as enemies. It is better to smell the roses than the alternative which is death.
The other thing that's got these Satan worshipers in a tizzy is that China has switch its navy from floating Junks to top of the line HIGH TECH war ships and Nuke Subs and troop carriers. The last thing the Pentagon wants is a very strong China NAVY. Why?Well try the history of the WW-2 Pacific Theatre and Japan's long preparation and long term aims. Because China already has large numbers of troop carry ships and landing craft, etc., (being about now fully mobilized for a navy war) that becomes a war to the finish – they fear if China can capture Midway – then Hawaii is a goner and then the West Coast becomes the major target for China's multi-million-man army to land. And the Chinese DO NOT FEAR DEATH.
Then you get a land war on the home front that will make the Civil War look like a video game in comparison to what will actually happen. That is what the Japanese plan was and why they took the big gamble (which they lost and luck did play a part in favor or US, or perhaps the Hand of Providence – but so did unexcelled American navy leadership of that era) at Midway.
Back then the Navy had Chester Nimitz as commander of the Pacific fleet, and leaders such as Frank Fletcher, Spruance and even true navy war admirals such as Adm. McCain, John's daddy.
And not given much credit – since American History is played down along with displays of genuine patriotism – in favor of the New Woke-ism and I'm not talking about Wake Island either - was Chief of Navy Operations - Adm. Ernst King, a truly brilliant but rather crusty leader at the very top of the Chain of Navy command.
You know, no one today seems to be proud of what the U.S.A. was just 60 years ago. Instead the Main Stream Media and types such as CNN and MSNBC seem to be doing everything they can to set up this country to become The Fall Guy - in a military war with China, Russia or Aliens from Altair - anything to get people scared so the MSM can sell more soap, and con-games to the American People.
This country is constantly being made the bad guy, evil in every way including its past history. It's all bull-shit but that's what happening. A masochistic society bent on its own destruction. That's my opinion.
So, in my opinion, knowing nothing about military stuff – but very proud of what was The Republic of the United States of America used to be, as in the Eisenhower and before era – I'd hate to see it all go down the tubes because the Great Satan now leads the country along with his Piglet little devils in the House and Senate and scrambling and squealing all over the government institutions and crapping on everything that used to be considered Sacred to this nation, once upon a time - a Nation Under God.
I think that if the curtain is pulled away – what is actually going on is that military heads are reliving what COULD have happen had Japan not lost Midway, and had NOT focused on Battle Ships instead of Carriers, and a few other slip-ups – we well could have had a land-war and one fought for keeps.
The Great Satan and his devil-piglets see China and Russia as an alliance – a military alliance – now super strong – who themselves (China and Russia) see the United States as the major military threat. Like, why keep PUSHING NATO (which is really USA, not the NATO piglets - up to Russia and China borders?
The Piglets of the EU and U.S.A favorite puppy, Britain the Has Been Empire but Nothing Now but fish and chips but no electricity to cook them - whose always following its master, USA. In the global strategy leading up to global war the EU and that whole bunch along with Mighty Estonia, really don't count for nothing in the total scheme of things. They are all hot air. (2023-Jan-27) As the years come and go, and we get older each day - if we re-read what we have written when we were a child, and then if we re-read perhaps what we wrote when in school, say high school or college, and if we re-read what we have written at the various stages of our life - we often see how much our thinking changes. And sometimes what we may have written, say in our 30-ties or 40-ties, etc., might seem today to be bizarre. And they might indeed be so - as read today. And perhaps even when they were written they might have then seem bizarre to others.
It is perhaps a vulnerablilty we put ourself into when we put our expressions to the pen. If we have a talent for painting pictures - that then is sort of a safe way for a person to express himself. But again - even doing paintings poses a risk. The risk ofcourse is that you open yourself up to criticism. People may not like what you have to say - that may not like your opinions on this or that. Even Emily Dickinson had her share of finger-pointers. If you have read some of her poetry you would not think that could be.
I find Adolf Hitlers paintings and sketches quite good, in fact I think some of them are really nice. His sketches and paintings are similar in many ways to the works of Utrillo. Go google or duckduckgo Utrillo,

I find Utrillo's work nice. But nothing mystical. I find Hitler's landscapes beautiful in a mystical sense. Almost enchanting. I think for sure that a British Gainsboro or Turner is clearly magnificant art. In fact, in 100 years from now, history may well say that Britain's finest hour was proably the time of Gainsboro, Turner, Shakespeare, etc., but that for the 20th and early 21 century it lost its grandure and turned to mush.
If you want to psychoanalize me through my art (I hope never through what I write as it is not only grammatically incorrect - but I never know whether I am serious or not - perhaps now emerging dementia, perhaps in my childhood - emotionally unstable in a sort of way.
My favorite master of the landscape artist has to be Meindert Hobbema, (1638 - 1709). The original is in the London National Gallery. I think that alone is sufficient reason for Vladimir Vladimirovich to NOT Nuke London (as Col Douglas Macgreggor has alluded to that this might well happen if Biden/NATO push too far). Aim Satan II at Liverwust if you must. Cook them in Satan II's giant microwave - but leave London alone.

A few days after 9/11 I took the train to Manhattan to visit my mother in the Village. I went that route so to visit Chicago art museum which was displaying Hobemma's masterpiece, Avenue of the Trees. (Unless it was a copy which I cannot think it so.) I don't know if it would be now safe to visit Chicago. But if it is I can tell you from my own visits that this museum is definately one of the worlds greatest art museums (if you are into art and stuff).
No. 1 ofcourse is NYC Manhattan's Metropolitan Musium of Art on 5th Avenue. One word for it: Astonishing. If there is another word, a better adjetive perhaps - it was for me to see sublime beauty everywhere in that huge place. Breathtaking. I lived close to it, actually. And often times I would divert from going to school at PS-6 and go instead to the Metropolitan. Maybe that is cause for why my grammar aint so good. I would go often. But back then, 1956-1958 it was free. On the internet now it is a $62. smack in the wallet for each adult. And that includes the midgets. No exception.
But if you do make it to NYC and are wearing a good hazmat suite, I'd mosey on down to the Frick Museum. It's an easy ride on the bus, providing someone is riding shotgun with a 12 gauage conviner. I'd put the Frick right after Chicago, but rubbing real close to Chicago. Frick isn't an all day and then some more tomorrow experience as with the Metropolitian or Chicago. But in the good hour or two of your visit - it will be one you will never forget. If you love art.
Guggenheim Museum is OK if you like "modern art." I can take a little of it in small doses. I don't consider Piccaso modern art. He and his brush stand alone - in uniqueness. I mean, exactly where do you place him? Part impresionist, post impressionist? I know all those guys and I just don't see him with even a touch of Monet pigment in him, not a bit.
The Guggenheim's architect was of course, Frank Lloyd Wright. When I think of Frank Lloyd I think of Hitler. No joke. Because Hitler aspired to be a great architect but would have made a better architect designing government buildings which you find all over Washington DC and indeed most of them need a good washing as the polution in DC is really bad. Mostly coming from the halls of congress and the White Man's house over on Pennsylvannia avenue.
The Guggenheim is very close to where I lived when I was 12, 12 E. 97st, between Madison and 5th. Many a time while it was being built, in the late evening I would crawl in through the "sidewalk inspector's enterance" to see how the thing was being built. If you like flying saucers - you will like the Guggenheim. You will have to go visit it to see what I mean. Just take the 5th ave buss up toward Harlem from the Metropolitan.
Oh, and if you go up far enough in that direction - but over on the West side - taking the subway until it can go no further - there is an utterly fantastic museum funded I was told by Radja - by Rockerfeller. I just can't remember the name and have not time to research it. But it too is worth a visit and plan a long day and if you have kids take them too to this museum. The ancient tapestries are a wonder to behold. And they will like the Knights in their fine armour.
Then after that visit, take a U-turn and head on back in the direction of the Village or Bowery, which ever place you feel you belong in, and go to the worlds greatest Museum of Natural History. Not too many kids are going to get turned on looking at a Titian, Rembrant or El Greco stuff in the Art Museum (the Egyptian section being perhaps the exception. Get a tase of a real mummy.)
But while your at the Amercian Museum of Natural History be sure to take them to see the giant dinasours, first see Mr. Tyannosaurus Rex, strong and tough like men should be; not particularly a cuddly creature. Then meander over and take a glance at Mrs. Brontosaurus. Mr. and Mrs. Dino are all bones right now. Comes from eating Klaus Swabb's insects and rodents instead of good nurishing horses, dogs and cats as dinasours were designed to eat. Klaus Swabb, an advocate of sour kraut for dinner, is the product of German Engineering - he figures he can design a takeover of the whole world and build it back better in his own image. Others have tried the past. One of them today, though an aging dingbat is still trying. Klaus will take it up in the rear - figuring he can hide out there until the NATO warriors finish of the Russians - what no man, or woman, or neutered warrior has done before.
Oh, and ask your kid to count the number of vertebre in the dinasour's neck. Then go around the huge rooms and have him/her/it/whatever to count the number of vertebre in every reptile (if you want to call them names) in the room. Then having done your homework and found out the number of vertebre in a giraf neck, your family pet's neck, the King of the Jungle, the Male lion - and the lioness, a female lion designed by the creator to suckle little lions and to stay pregnant and produce even more little lions (that is - the harmonics of Mr. and Mrs. Lion), And the number is (single digit between 6 and 8, for you boys and girls stuck in the LA public school system).
Well, back on topic. Visiting the American Museum of Natural History really is a three day experience. And you will enjoy it even more if you bring along a wife or companion. And if you have some harmonics - bring them along too and then you MUST visit the Hayden Planetarium. It was really good when I often visited it e when 12 years old and living in Manhattan. But in 2003 when I last visited my mother in NY - I again visited all these geat places. And The Hayden had been upgraded so good that I became depressed when I had to leave. And do see the huge black asteroid, still there, too heavy and big to be stolen. Very few of them in the world that size.
Oh, and all these museums except the Frick Art Museum have been very thoughtful of its guest. Each museum is fitted with a special isolation room, sound proofed, automatic deodorizing systems and lots of padding. And even some "straight-jackets, though curiously they are quite small. And when I asked one of the guards what these rooms were for - he looked bewildered. I pressed the point. I wanted to know - what is going on in New York City. Then he said, bowing his head ever so slightly as in some form of prayer, "They'is for our pay'n customer's screeming children. But I don't cotten none to that one bit. Don't think it right. no sir." I replied, "Amen brother, vulture capitalism has come to New York City government. Anything to make the profits grown and not lose paying customers. Gots to keep em happy you know."
That's it. I could tell you much more. But I've got to go before the CIA takes me away.

Dr. Harte INDEX to LECTURE SUMMARIES for NEW MEDICAL DOCTORS

This is the first posting of approx. seventy five lectrure summary series. These were the lecture summaries handed out to the new doctors who were now focusing on child psychiatry board certification. These were delivered at the local university school of medicine in the 1967 - 1970 period. The first ones I am posting are those focusing on education of troubled children and teens. There are about 75+ pages of lectures, some basic stuff, some that get somewhat complicated. It is going to take a while to get all this done because there are other things that interest me more.
Dr. James R. Harte, MD Class Study Notes on Biological Variations in Development, et.al., now have found all his class notes he sent to me.
Dr. James R. Harte and the FEEDBACK BOARD for education of children in remote regions. Have found both the board, templates, etc. Will photo and put into webpage with history.
2022-11-15 So far 76 lecture note summaries of approx. 4-5 pages each.
One paper by Dr. Harte was partially eaten by the rats. I don't mean those type of rats that are scurrying about in the sacred halls of congress and white house, infecting the country with a new flea driven plague.
The paper is How Do You Work with a Learning Disabled Child, by J.R. Harte, M.D. This paper, the first two pages, is in the nature of lecture summaries which were handed out to the young medical doctors pursing a career is child psychiatry. All of these papers are just that – detailed and descriptive summaries of Dr. Harte's lectures to the student. This was some 50+ years ago.
Much new discovery and learning has taken place in this medical field of child psychiatry and also how we approach and treat the child with severe learning disabilities. And yet, I would say, each of the handouts does provide an excellent summary source of material for a student's thesis. Because the basic foundation has not changed that much.
One thing I think that has changed and changed for the better in these 50+ years - I think - is that Freud and his theories which were all essentially based on his constructs does not take such a prominent role today as it did back then. Some of these lecture summaries and the bibliographies are heavy into Freud.Of the many in these long lists of references – I still have the book and although classical Freudian – it is very well written and was one of Ruth Downing's books during her time of study to become a psychiatric social worker, and who also underwent the years it takes in terms of a personal analysis. I underwent this analysis process over several years – it was in vogue even 50 years ago. But the only good I got out of it was that I learned how NOT to censor my thoughts.
Thus, this greatly aided me in my freshman college year in writing the various papers that were demanded of us. The book which is listed in Dr. Harte's bibliography on "Neuroses of Children" is (11) Fenichel, C., The Psychoanalytic Theory of Neurosis. by W.W. Norton, Inc. New York, NY, 1945. Other than that – I do believe that the modern approach to psychotherapy which includes counseling by for instance Church pastors who have been adequately trained in this field – behavioral therapy. I think with out continuous feedback from the therapist – much time is wasted which is detrimental to the patient in the long run.

I had to take this set theory stuff in my freshman year. Some of it is very interesting.
In particular – a long time ago I read a chapter in a book regarding the Soviet Union and three types of stability systems. It illustrated this with three simple models. The model that illustrated the then Soviet Union clearly showed that it was the MOST unstable. U.S. model was more or less stable.
What is telling for me is that TODAY the U.S. according to those models is the MOST unstable and most likely to capsize as did USSR. Fortunately, I will have the picture of those models in my mind so even if I cannot find the original book – one can just look at the three diagrams and pretty much figure out for themselves the conclusion.

This is indeed my very favorite of all the class lecture summaries, close to 100. It is two pages of 10pt closely spaced text. Dr. Alice Thompson's insights are SPOT ON. I know because I lived myself though what she is saying.

I have finally gotten the unpublished lecture notes of Dr. Margaret Mahler organized. These are given at Mt. Morris in spring 1941 to a group of psychiatric social workers in Manhattan. Ruth knew her from those years. They are around 100 pgs total, types single space as was the way they did it with primitive typewriter.

Janey also published a book on female sexuality and was reviewed in New York Times book review. Google her. There is lots of stuff. If you think she might know that subject - you ought to read the book. It is not very big book. I lived with her about three years. Perhaps that is why I am called an Odd Ball.
Eleanor Roosevelt - at Harlem Negro Neighborhood Assn. 1959 Ruth published artical in ASSW magazine and also the raw draft which is better than the published version. Mrs. Roosevelt gave the graduation speech and this is detailed in other material here along with photos of her and Ruth Downing and some of the Harlem students. Even with Mrs. Roosevelts involvement - the conclusions of the 18 month study regarding intelligence IQ, etc. of negro students with emotional and educational problems - well it went nowhere. This distorted belief system was and is still an expression of the Eugenics movement - which emerged as a more structured belief system during the middle and late 19th century - and then went into overdrive in early 20th century Germany (where it gained the most strength in Europe) and also in the United States.
In Kálmán István long story there is also toward the end my mothers situation in Berlin and her necessity out of survival of her young son, Dankar, she had to work for the German Foreign Ministry and Ribbentrop (check spelling) who also facilitated her efforts to save her brother's life from scheduled execution in the concentration camp near Belgrade, Serbia - by going directly to Himmler (check sp) who then provided his personal plane for her to travel to Belgrade and back. Both from what Kalman told me and wrote in his long story and which Radja confirmed a number of times in my visits to her in the small apartment in the Village - but also would only refer to him as being, "a person very high up in government." Her last letter to me used that same phrase.
One other strange thing I remembered after reading that letter - she was telling me one time (I was always asking her questions since I really like history) "How did you get out of Berlin in time?" She said, "I sent Vera (her youngest sister) and Chuck (American name of my half brother Dankmar, 5 yrs older than me) to go to Munich by train." I asked her, "Radja, why didn't you go too?" She finally said, on my last visit - "I had to stay until the Russian's got there (Berlin)." I mentioned that to S in a letter in very early part of 2022. I still have it. I have often wondered why she had me baptised in the Russian Orthodox Church in Munich in 1947, a year after my birth. (photocopy of that certificate, in Russian, is in on this website.) Who knows. That may have been the only Orthodox church in Munich at that time. But I do know that one of her really happy moments was when she visited Russia, Moscow, Leningrad, etc., and took many picures and was there a week or so at the very same time as the immediate aftermath of Chernoble. She loved Russia and its literature and sent me some very beautiful hand painted dishes from Moscow which I still have. Perhpas it is all coincidence. perhaps not. Whatever, it all seems to have been for the better.

I think it would be very accurate to say that the beginning of the attached summary of the book, Murder of a Gentle Land - "What transpired in Cambodia constitutes one the the great, terrifying stories of our time" the part that says, "... in Cambodia ..." could justifyable be replaced by: ... in the Soviet Union, in Poland and the Warsaw Getto, ... in specifically Ukraine ... and if you will just attempt to study what happened in China with the occupation by the Imperial Army of Japan ... all that happened to Cambodia can be magnified easly by 10 times and you may approach a better understanding of what happened in the other countries during world war II. Then it was NOT Pol Pot - but Adolf Hitler and his band of merry murderers.
If you study history and really study in depth what is happening in Europe as regards to this Ukranian war and most likely soon to be war with China, you are drawn to the conclusion (in my opinion) that the initiators of the conflicts is primarily by, first among equals - The (Rebulic of - sorry, no more) United States; then Britain, the English - and I sall say it, once again that it is the English, the Brits, their political class - that is fermenting war and more wars - for their OWN political ends. And in the case of Britain and also the U.S. for them > the ends justify the means. Regardless of the loss of life and suffering they cause. For these two collaborators - it is for others to pay the consequences for their (U.S. and Britain) actions. That is a classic sign and cardinal symptom of the PSYCHOPATIC PERSONALITY. The other cardinal sign of these types of regressive humans is HABITUAL LYING even when telling the truth is to their own advantage. For these derranged individuals (and they now over-populate the halls of the U.S congress, and it's show white White House inhabitants. And too, the British House of Commons, also over-populated with their own brand of military police (MPs) - once known as Gestapoites.

When Norodom Sihanouk would not obey, would not bend the knee and lick Nixon-Kissinger feet - then when Sihanouk was visiting in China hoping to get some aid - the B52's came and brought a reign of terror on the land of the gentle people, known as the Cambodians. Much true to life material. Ruth took K and C into her home - into her home for over year and K demonstrated to me her advanced knowledge of EE by example of solving some problems in one of my circuit analysis textr books from the U.T. years. She could barely speak English (French of course and best I remember - we one time connected with Radja for me to understand what she was wanting.
She wanted to go back to engineering school though she knew she would have to start over. She had almost completed her studies when Pol Pot came into the picture. Most of the educated like her were killed. But she was very perseptive with great presence of mind, like Radja, and survived. She had seen much death and slaughter. But when she got to America what did she want to do? Begin again, not give up but go for the goal and get her degree in engineering. And she did.
Update. I have retrieved approx 100 - 150 pages of K's story which I transribed from the cassette tapes. And I have all of her hand written testimony now! All pagss are typed using old dot matrix printer. And they have my notes, etc. Unfortunately this work was in 1980 when the primitive but back then high tech - computers used when they evolved upward according to Darwin evoution laws - to imploying floppy disks.
These things are similar to what your politicians in the congress (with a few exceptions) and ALL in the White mans house, FLOPPY BRAINS who can't think how to get out of the sh!t hole they have dug for themseves and this country. The keep digging the hole deeper - and the money class - their big donors who actually run this country - keep of pouring their excrement into that deep and deeper hole. If you have ever wondered why, it IS - why most - but NOT ALL - politicians SMELL SO BAD, well now you know.
The old floppy disks use a different format system than that used today. With the typewriter documents I can covert them to text form and then copy and paste into MS Word which I might find time to do. It is easy to do this once you have learned how to do it.

Do you think this is delusional thinking? Go to the Medicare/Medicade/SSI government website and look at the flow of money going OUT of the government Medicare deposit box. Then look at how much money CAME IN. Two TRILLION (ROUNDED) went OUT. 400 billion came in - in the form of permiums. The growth of Medicare is now on a full epxponential power function. What that means is that next year, 2023 when Government financial (fincal) year ends Sept 30, 2023, money out of Medicare will be approximately 3 to 3-1/2 TRILLION WORTHLESS DOLLARS. Money coming into the fund will essentially be a CONSTANT. It will be roughly 400 BILLION of worthless pieces of paper. 2024_JAN_21 I am going to work on finishing this story because in a way it is the most imporant episode in my life.
Mainly what is left is finishing up about the derringer and how come it was the key to this whole masked insanity stuff - and how I knew Nash wanted to kill me because that derringer provided the necessary corroberation of what otherwise proably no one would have believed. Especially a jury. I also want to give some experience of life in a genuine psycho ward. When you are 19 years of age you are still a teenager kid and all that goes with it. Well, its 3am. The four barrel derringer, scattered on the counter in pieces - was the quintessence of the evidence, all that was ever need to prove beyond any reasonable doubt that the murder of Hillmon Robbins was committed with forethought and malice, planned by criminal attorney Glenn W. Nash. It was the, the missing piece of the puzzle necessary AND sufficient to establish that Attorney Glenn Nash was NEVER in any way mentally deficient much less paranoid-schitzophrenic - and therefore not in charge of his mental faculties. Just the opposite was the case in fact. Yet it was left on the counter top for all to see - the detectives, the state lawyers - all to see. But they never asked and never thought to ask - why?

(2022-12-04) I am summarizing letter written in January 22, 2022 which provides most of what happened in the Nash murder case and how I fit into the story. I have other things I want to do other than dwell on the past; so I decided to summarize events but hold on to the Derringer matter until later. It is probably obvious by now with what I have already provided.
Things such as my experience in life in a state psychiatric hospital for three weeks are interesting in so much as what types of people you get to meet and come to know - that you will not experience in such places as riding the city bus to work, etc., or even meet on the streets of San Francisco or LA, other than those places with population of schizophrenics. Fifty-five - sixty years ago such unfortunate people could be held in the comfort of a psychiatric hospital - which back then was NOT a "snake-pit."
